Yes, we have all heard the saying, but do you believe it? Yes, this is true. We must watch what we put into our bodies. If you are within 20 lbs. of your "perfect" weight you may have a less difficult time becoming pregnant.
The less processed food you eat, the better your body works. If you eat meat choose lean meats. If you don't eat meat make sure you are getting plenty of protein, your body needs it to work the way it should. Eating lots of baked goods from sugar and flour adds weight, while making our bodies larger and sluggish.
What should you eat? Veggie, Fruits, Grains, Lean Meats. Drink water.
